If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no problem.

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may already have begun processing with our supplier.
